Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £1,000.

For orders below this amount, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

For certain remote areas, including parts of Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and UK islands, additional delivery charges may apply. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.


What if the reformer I want is out of stock?

Stock levels can change depending on supplier availability.

How much space do I need for a reformer?

Alongside the machine dimensions, you should allow extra space around the reformer for safe movement and comfortable exercise.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
