Delivery Information

Free UK Delivery over £1000

We offer free delivery on all orders over £1000 to mainland UK addresses.

For certain remote locations, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man, additional delivery charges may apply. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional costs and obtain your approval before proceeding.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product selected and supplier availability.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Pilates accessories: 2–5 business days
  • Home reformers: 2–7 business days
  • Commercial reformers: 5–9 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to supplier lead times, courier schedules, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.


Large Equipment Deliveries

Many Pilates reformers are delivered using specialist freight, pallet, or two-person delivery services.

Before placing an order, please ensure:

  • There is suitable access to the delivery address.
  • Doorways, hallways, staircases, and lifts can accommodate the product dimensions.
  • Someone is available to accept delivery where required.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, incorrect delivery information, or missed delivery arrangements, additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply.


Delivery Completion and Risk

Delivery is considered complete when the goods are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods remains with TrueSpring Reformers until full payment has been received.


Returns

14-Day Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unassembled
  • In their original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and components
  • In a condition suitable for resale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
